NEW YORK----Fitch Ratings has affirmed Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc. commercial mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2004-BBA3. Fitch does not expect losses to the remaining loan in the base case, and there are no expected future fees due to the special servicer.
