REFILE-Geithner says tax cut for rich not a good stimulus (at Reuters)

Letting tax cuts for wealthy Americans, which were implemented under President George W. Bush, expire would not hurt the economy because such breaks for top-tier earners does not do much to stimulate economic growth, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said on Wednesday.
