Velocity Commercial Capital files for $175M IPO (AP)

Velocity Commercial Capital, Inc. said Monday it is selling $175 million in stock in an initial public offering. The company plans to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VCC and qualify as a real estate investment trust, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday.
