U.S. stocks end at session highs; Dow up 322 pts

U.S. stocks rallied Tuesday, with the Dow industrials up more than 300 points as Wall Street chalked up its best performance in more than a week. "A shift in investor psychology is the primary catalyst for today's strong rally," said Clark Yingst, chief market analyst for investment bank Joseph Gunnar.
